I build products at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI. As co-founder of WECHEER, I led product across the full stack — mechanical, electrical, firmware, cloud, mobile, and ML — taking a patented IoT device from concept to 30K+ units, then pivoting the company to a SaaS platform serving 25+ Fortune 500 brands across 12+ countries.
I believe product management is fundamentally an integration discipline. When different engineering disciplines collaborate well, you get great outcomes. When they don't, you get silos that interface in clunky ways.
